We are outstanding in our care for individuals who happen to be living with additional health and care needs.
Our Values
Generous – we are generous with our time for team members and for all the individuals we care for. Ensuring we are a responsive, effective and caring team.
Responsible – we all take ownership and pride in everything we do to ensure we provide outstanding care, that’s well-led, safe and effective.
Sustainable- we look ahead to the future with our ideas, technology, investment in our homes and ensuring business performance.
Our principles
Our key principles underpin everything we do to achieve our vision, and are based on the quality statements from our regulatory body, the Care Quality Commission. Each statement is a commitment to one of CQC’s five key questions, as set out in the new Single Assessment Framework. From these quality statements, we promise to be:
Safe
Effective
Caring
Responsible
Well-led
